Municipality of Port Hope

The Municipality of Port Hope required the development of both a new tourism website and a municipal website. After the design phase was completed and approved, my responsibility was to facilitate the migration of content from the existing sites to the newly designed platforms. The tourism portal, being the smaller of the two, had a more straightforward content transfer process, while the municipal website presented a significant volume of material that needed to be integrated into a revised site structure. I managed the entire build process, meticulously logging and reviewing all bug fixes and client change requests while also conducting thorough testing of site functionality. The launch for the municipal site is slated for early December. This project necessitated ongoing collaboration with the client to address complex functionalities, including modules for land and building listings, job applications, and a custom form builder.
